After nine years of lectures at university of St. Gall (HSG) about transaction services, CleanTech Capital now sponsors a lecture on real transactions as part of the Master Program for Quantitative Finance at Zurich university and Federal Institute of Technology. The lectures are open for master students in Law, Economics and Business that have successfully completed basic corporate finance and accounting classes. Topics are real (announced, pending, closed) transactions in debt and equity capital markets, private equity, mergers & acquisitions, credit and restructuring.
